I have played through and fully completed episode 1, but for some reason, whenever i try to go download episode 2 (i have the retail disc, which is basically the season pass), the game takes me to the product information screen like normal, but when i click download, an empty message box with four lines pops up, and the only option under it is "close". Minecraft: story mode - a telltale games series. if you havent actually loaded the game to check its there then try that in case its managed to download when you werent looking. if not then try closing steam. actually a full pc reboot might do it. try both just in case..
